Heating and hot water system is poor - no heating at all (didn't matter too much) but the hot water supply to the shower is not hot -tepid at best -and the pressure is low. The cooking hob is not very responsive to its touch controls and the instructions (OK- this is not Aston's fault as they are supplied by the manufacturer) are not very clear. I only mention these not so much as negative comments but as suggestions for improvement. Overall this is a good comfortable choice and excellent value!

The flat is located in a very centric and convenient area of Bilbao. Near to all amenities, restaurants, plenty of supermarkets around and near to metro station and buses.The flat is well decorated and well stocked. The bed is very comfortable, which for me is indispensable.Obviously it is within a big residential building and it is not precisely quiet, but understandable for the centric location. Probably a bit dark.Overall a good choice.

El piso, estupendo todo muy limpio y nuevo.Lo único a tener en cuenta es la llegada, que en un principio informamos sobre una hora, y sin problema, luego la cambiamos, ñor que llegábamos antes, y por parte del que nos entrego la lleve, sentimos mucha presión por la llegada.Fuera de eso todo estupendo
